- HJHouman JAVADYDec 23, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a 75 inches TV with two TV brackets with installation, and it has been a total disaster. After waiting 10 days, two Geek Squad technicians arrived 30 minutes late due to a claimed accident. Looked at the TV , I think found it difficult and Instead of completing the job, they claimed they only had a 40-minute window and simply left! When I called Best Buy, they told me the earliest they could reschedule was another two weeks away. It has now been a full month since my purchase, and my TV is still sitting in a half-opened box, never even turned on. Terrible service and zero accountability.
