    This one is pretty good… feels “small”, but well stocked. (Variety of prices with the open boxes) If you come in to buy, you should talk to the guy at the door for someone. Waiting for help by the product section hardly works (even when you ask for someone to be called)

    No stars what so ever. Like a year and half a go stop by to buy a couple of DDR4 rams to upgrade my pc. It was supposed to be an in and out of store deal. However, when I ask any clerk since the DDR4 rams where in a locked shelve either they responded that they were busy and with another customer giving me nasty faces symbolizing "I am not going to help you, go away". Then I asked the store manager for help and said that he will send someone and I ask him how long this will take, the reply was 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and no one showed up. After leaving the store furious, some of the clerks laugh at my face and when I looked at store manager, his back was turned on me. I strongly suggest that the store gets shutdown and I will never accept any apologies from Best Buy what so ever.

    Big fancy store, and they don't carry older Apple accessories. But they did direct me to one of those humble vendor booths in a mall walkway where I found what I needed, for which, thanks.

    We bought a new TV from the Marlboro store. We told the salesperson that we would need help to set it up from the Geek Squad because we wanted to be sure that all the low vision accessibility settings were set up, because I am legally blind. In addition, we informed the salesperson that we moved to a new address in Westborough. The salesperson assured us that everything was all set. They delivered the TV set to our old address instead of the new one, even though we had told the salesperson the new address and he confirmed it. Then, when they finally corrected that mistake after at least 10 different phone calls, when the delivery people finally showed up, they plugged the TV in and said goodbye. They had no knowledge of the TV or how to set it up. We paid extra for the setup service, and the salesperson assured us that we were all set. Very poor service. Very poor communication. Very disappointed. When we called to express our disappointment in the poor service, we were promised a call back from a manager within 2 hours. That was over a week ago. Still waiting.

    Do NOT listen to half these employees at this location. Went in December 17th about buying a GoPro that wasn’t in stock anymore, the employee guided me online to purchase one that can be delivered by the 21st for my sons big Christmas gift and promised that it will be here on that day. I was willing to pay a little more for one right away but he was very persistent about it being there on time. Now it’s saying it won’t be here until January 3rd 2026 and the employee goes “sorry it’s already shipped we can’t even refund you so you just have to wait” Biggest joke ever. Don’t listen to these people.
