She had been diagnosed with cancer and she was in great need of a phone to have by her side since we were expecting a lot of time in the hospital for tests and a plan. Sad to say she unfortunately she passed away very quickly and she was not able to enjoy the use of the phone. I visited the Verizon store in Mansfield, which is in the town that some of my family live. The two team members that assisted me were so sympathetic and caring towards our situation. They waived the restocking fee and took care of the return and any necessary administration needed. I am so thankful for this respectful and caring interaction at the end of a very emotional situation. Thank you so much ❤️
