This store used to be my go-to spot every Friday. It was a place I could relax, walk around, check out new tech, and honestly just decompress for a bit before heading home. It had a completely different vibe back then. Now, Fridays especially after 3 PM are a mess. There are long lines of people crowding the store just waiting for Pokémon cards. It completely takes over the space and makes it frustrating for anyone who’s just trying to shop normally. On top of that, the experience with staff and sales pressure has gone downhill. I was approached by a rude elderly woman at checkout , and throughout my visit, I was handed papers multiple times pushing credit card promotions. Even when I just wanted to buy a couple of simple office accessories, I got the same pitch twice while walking around, then more prompts at the register, and was also asked about signing up for a membership. It feels excessive and honestly uncomfortable. I just want to shop without being constantly pitched something. Between the chaos from the card crowd, the long lines, and the nonstop upselling, this place has completely lost what made it enjoyable. I even attached a video showing what Fridays look like now it speaks for itself. Trying to grab something as simple as a charger turns into navigating through a crowd of adults arguing over Pokemon cards, all holding the same promotional paper I was given when I walked in. It’s overwhelming and annoying. At this point, I’d rather just go home, focus on my work, and order what I need online. Way easier, way less stressful. This place used to be a break from the day now it’s just a headache.

I purchased a TV from this store some time ago and worked with Jesse A. I found him to be extremely shady and pushy, pressuring me to sign up for a store card to “receive money back.” I declined, but he insisted, claiming it wasn’t a credit card and that he only needed my social security number to verify my identity. However, after glancing at the booklet he had ready for me to sign up, it was clear it was a credit card. I left the store immediately and never returned. About a month later, my father needed a TV and mentioned he was going to Best Buy. I didn’t think much of it until I realized who he was working with: Jesse A. My father purchased a TV for delivery, hanging, and installation. Jesse repeatedly told him that by signing up for a Best Buy card, he would get $100 “back” and could use it for anything including dining or car repairs. I had my father stay on the phone with me during the transaction, and I listened to the entire conversation. It became obvious that Jesse was misleading him. When my father went to the store to use the $100, he discovered it was actually store credit. Jesse had lied about its use and that it was a credit card. I have been to this store multiple times and have worked with other employees whom I enjoy interacting with. However, I strongly advise staying far away from Jesse A. The moment I saw his name on the delivery paperwork, I knew my father had been scammed. !!!Response to “Owner”!!! It’s a shame that Best Buy feels the need to automate responses to serious customer concerns. It’s a shame that I was pressured into signing paperwork for a credit card under misleading claims, and it’s equally a shame that my father and I were pressured into a membership we said no to. Real accountability and personalized service would go a long way, but unfortunately, it feels like the human element has been lost. !!!For any future customer reading this!! Try calling the store directly you will go from AI chats to another and end up on the phone with someone over seas Absolutely no direct customer service

My mom and I went in there to buy a new laptop. Lex greeted us at the door and then showed us where the laptops were and met us back there to help us determine what was best for me to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of laptops and was able to answer all my questions. He made the process easy and quick which is always the goal :) I really appreciate the help Lex!!

Just want to say that Paul M was fantastic to deal with. I wanted to leave with an OLED TV and he suggested it be delivered, for free, due to its fragility. Great customer service. Thanks Paul!
