  Why set an appt. time specifically for a battery replacement if they then make you wait almost 2 hours? They cracked my screen protector multiple places and didn’t offer to replace. Just handed it back mangled off my phone. 3 employees, last one tryimg to use scare tactics about my “vintage” 11 Pro Max and how SHE wouldn’t replace battery because soon the phone won’t support their software. I looked it up while waiting and I have at least a year - so why pay hundreds when the phone is fine and I requested from the start I only wanted a battery replacement? Not consumer friendly. More corporate BS and trying to upsell me to a new phone. Had to ask if my phone was ready. All around lame process. I will going to Verizon or ordering online when I do finally replace.

  The worse service I have seen at apple stores. They are very rude all the time. They act as they are doing us a huge favor. I got a quote to fix my Mac and after authorization I got a call adding an extra 225 to get it done. After two and half weeks the computer is done yet and there's no estimated time. They just said:" If you don't want to wait you can cancel. "Just ridiculous!!

  I want to say that I went there today to buy a new iPhone, I met with Jill and to say I got an above and beyond customer service experience with her, would be an understatement. Jill was absolutely amazing and I just want to thank the team, thank you.

  Went in to trade in an iPad and purchase a new MacBook Air. Though it was quite busy when I arrived and a little hard to get some help initially, Taylor stepped in. She was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process! She was kind and easy to work with, I'm happy with my experience and purchase overall!
