She said she didn't know the prices, didn't know how much ere taxes and fees, or which phones were included in the promotion. All her answers to my questions were "I don't know" When I call T-Mobile or Metro, they answer all of your questions. Maybe I'm better off staying with my current carrier if this is what I will have to deal with. Said she did not know anything.
