They are all knowledgeable about Verizon's plans, options and products (which you can teach anyone) - but during my few visits, on different days, I witnessed each of them interact with a variety of customers in person and on the phone, BOY DO THEY ALL HAVE PATIENCE!! << You just can't teach that, must be a requirement for hiring ;) When I was struggling with my phone, this week, Ryan was there to save the day. He researched, and never gave up, even called other locations for advice - ISSUES ARE NOW RESOLVED!! ****If you have trouble with your phone don't be like me and try to trouble shoot it for days at home alone - GO SEE THE GUYS - they make everything so much better!!
