    I had a wonderful experience with Nick who set up my whole family with new phones and an upgraded plan. I’ve been putting this off for years and regretted we didn’t stop in sooner. I highly recommend this Verizon store based on my positive experience with Nick!

    Twice I’ve gone in this stores to upgrade or get new devices and twice I’ve been stuffed with all kinds of extras I didn’t want and both times with the same sales guy. This time I went in and got a new iPad line. When signing I saw something that said I was accepting device protection. I said to the salesman I don’t want device protection so let’s take that off. He shows me something that says I’m just getting an iPad. Then says they have all kinds of pre written things in the contract and just to sign it. Against my better judgment I believed him. Well I get back home and guess what there’s device protection on it. If you want to be a salesman learn how to sell. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure nobody I know goes either.

    I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store in Leominster. I came in extremely stressed after another Verizon location sold me a phone and watch I never needed, refused to take them back, and left nearly $1,000 in fraudulent charges on my account. Debbie helped me first and was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. Samantha and Donovan then stepped in and worked with her to complete the returns and get all $909.98 in improper charges reversed. This process took several hours, and none of it was something they were required to do — yet they never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. They were thoughtful, good-humored, and truly exceptional at their jobs. As someone in my late 60s, navigating this situation was very difficult, especially after dealing with a bank phishing scam and a store that took advantage of me. The Leominster team restored my trust and made sure everything was resolved fully. Thank you, Debbie, Samantha, and Donovan — Verizon is very fortunate to have you.

    The salesman Nick was absolutely phenomenal and very patient with us as we transferred from Tracfone to Verizon. He talked us through the setup, explained where things had gone wrong, was engaging even though we were taking up all of his time, and had the patience of a saint as the processes kept him from other customers and a sales commission. His down-to-earth professionalism, ability to recognize what customers want and need, and the education he provided went above and beyond phenomenal and I'd recommend Verizon just for his service alone. The transfer process itself wasn't bad and the selection of merchandise was great. I also learned quite a few things about Verizon that I hadn't known and I will be sure to visit a company-owned Verizon store whenever I need something in the future. Google will only let me give 5 stars to Verizon but Nick was 10/10 and if you have any needs he'll take care of you and make you a Verizon customer for life. I cannot stress how highly I recommend this store.
