    The salesman Nick was absolutely phenomenal and very patient with us as we transferred from Tracfone to Verizon. He talked us through the setup, explained where things had gone wrong, was engaging even though we were taking up all of his time, and had the patience of a saint as the processes kept him from other customers and a sales commission. His down-to-earth professionalism, ability to recognize what customers want and need, and the education he provided went above and beyond phenomenal and I'd recommend Verizon just for his service alone. The transfer process itself wasn't bad and the selection of merchandise was great. I also learned quite a few things about Verizon that I hadn't known and I will be sure to visit a company-owned Verizon store whenever I need something in the future. Google will only let me give 5 stars to Verizon but Nick was 10/10 and if you have any needs he'll take care of you and make you a Verizon customer for life. I cannot stress how highly I recommend this store.

    All I’m trying to do is pay my device off after Switching carriers and the Verizon automated voice system is truly horrendous it loops you back in a circle every time you make an option other than start new service. It’s the most frustrating thing I’ve had to deal with in a while and the customer service because of this is terrible. Mainly because there is no customer service because you’re literally dealing with with a robot with like three prompts that are all leading you in the wrong direction and if you don’t answer those prompts and I mean immediately hangs up on you and saying goodbye now

    Had an account with Verizon for over 20 years and will be ending it this year due to the crooks at this site and the garbage "customer service" agents in their call centers. When we were upgrading a phone, the sales person added multiple duplicative services that were hidden under different phone lines to make it harder to notice. Also added extra unnecessary phone lines attached to the same phone. When we tried to get it reversed with agents over the phone, we were put on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time, the first two agents then tried to convince us that we weren't actually being double billed, and then eventually, the next 3 agents went on to explain how it was our own fault, their billing was clear, and we should have noticed we were being double charged sooner. Mind you, this is the same billing that two of their own agents were convinced didn't have double billing on it. Again, over 20 years with Verizon, adding their credit card, their linked bank account, and in total spending over $4,000 a year just on the cell phone service, yet Verizon decided that wasn't enough and they needed to gouge us for an extra $300. I'm absolutely done with Verizon and their terrible service. I'll be buying my phones outright and signing up for a cheaper, transparent service going forward. I'll make sure whichever service I sign up for isn't owned by Verizon.
