  Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. The plans are very expensive and don't cover much. They're always seems to be an additional charge. I've had many dogs and many vets all through my 60 years of life. And this is one of the worst vets I've been to.

  They helped me with my rescued cat Sophia...13 year old indoor girl who was found outside my sister's house after 49 outside... She weighed 3.9 pounds... She has found her stride with some help from these wonderful folks!!

  I’ve brought my cats there for about 20 years and I just had to bring one to get put to sleep. She was 23 years old. I cannot emphasize how kind and compassionate they were for the whole process. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. Thank you for giving my sweet old lady the proper send off so she didn’t have to suffer anymore. Here’s a picture of my sweet old lady before she started to decline. My sweet Misty girl.

  Helpful, friendly and considerate on the sad occasion of finding out our dog was ill and having to put down our much loved dog.

  We called several places around our area and every place was booked out for months. Our dog, Ruffles, had gotten a cut on his side that required having his bandages changed almost daily. We could not keep going to an emergency place (financially that would have been too much for us) so we were called Lancaster VCA. We have gotten appointments and the greatest care with them. This vet is not local to us but we are willing to travel for the great customer service and care that we receive for our pet. Y’all are great and we appreciate that!
