I cannot emphasize how kind and compassionate they were for the whole process. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. Our dog, Ruffles, had gotten a cut on his side that required having his bandages changed almost daily. We could not keep going to an emergency place (financially that would have been too much for us) so we were called Lancaster VCA. We have gotten appointments and the greatest care with them. This vet is not local to us but we are willing to travel for the great customer service and care that we receive for our pet. Y’all are great and we appreciate that!
