I took my iBUYPOWER desktop to this place for repair, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
Not only did they fail to fix the computer, but they also refused to even perform a proper diagnosis. On top of that, it looks like they mishandled my computer during the three weeks it was in their possession.
When I got it back, all four feet were broken, the mounts were bent, the case had scratches, and there were dents on the back panel. They even left tape residue on the decorative glass lids without bothering to clean it off. Showing complete disregard to their paying customers property's.
I do NOT recommend anyone bringing their computer here they will damage your equipment.
To make things worse, all my computer needed was a new power supply. After replacing it myself, it worked perfectly fine. When I contacted them to ask why they hadn’t fixed it, they claimed it was because I didn’t have a warranty. However, at no point did I refuse to pay I actually offered to pay for whatever was necessary.
They also charged me a deposit fee, which was never refunded.
In the end, I basically paid them to damage my computer and keep it for three weeks without solving anything.

Bought an $800 laptop that worked for no more than a month until the screen would repeatedly turn itself off and essentially lock me out of my own account. After making an appointment with the Geek Squad was told it needed to be shipped out for further diagnostic testing (roughly $100-300 depending on the issue and would take about 2 weeks) Zach from the Geek Squad insisted I have it sent out until I pointed out that the 30 day free trial of Macafee had expired and that might be the cause. I bought the macafee package which was less expensive against Zachs opinion and returned home to find the laptop worked perfectly fine. Long story short save yourself the time and effort of walking in the door at this place,

After driving in a snowstorm for over an hour to get to my appointment, I arrived 6 minutes late. I waited while the geek talked to another customer about his, later appointment. By the time he checked me in it was 16 minutes after my appointment time. I simply needed to drop off my laptop because the on switch didn’t work. I got no consideration from the Geek Squad, was treated rudely and asked to leave. I’ll never go back or buy anything at Best Buy again.

The Geek Squad was quick to respond and fixed my problem with my computer right
