The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, although sometimes it can take a little while before someone is available. Overall a good experience and definitely a solid place to buy electronics.

- CMChris MackDec 15, 20251.0Don't buy here and don't use Geek Squad set up, they make you wait all day and don't show up, they say we can reschedule, they don't care about your time, buy on Amazon and have a local company do your install. I am so disappointed that I wasted my day, took time off from work, etc. They confirmed install via text a few days prior, saying be ready between 7AM and 7PM and then the night before they confirmed and also at 6AM the day of service they confirmed. Plus I also paid the annual Geek Squad fee that allows for "preffered" status and services. Never again, I'll go with Amazon or Costco and save the money and hasle.
