- CMChris MackDec 15, 20251.0Don't buy here and don't use Geek Squad set up, they make you wait all day and don't show up, they say we can reschedule, they don't care about your time, buy on Amazon and have a local company do your install. I am so disappointed that I wasted my day, took time off from work, etc. They confirmed install via text a few days prior, saying be ready between 7AM and 7PM and then the night before they confirmed and also at 6AM the day of service they confirmed. Plus I also paid the annual Geek Squad fee that allows for "preffered" status and services. Never again, I'll go with Amazon or Costco and save the money and hasle.

I apologize however not everyone is tech friendly. Very disappointed, especially since it’s a small store. Inventory also looks like a mess every time I walk in. Either go to another Best Buy or have enough patience to deal with children who can’t get off their phones.

I stood at the ipad section for almost 10 min watching 3 sales people talk to each other and be on their phone. Two speaking in their language. Not one sales person looked up. So unaware. When I finally asked for help he said “you should have asked sooner”. I told him he was too busy on his phone. He gave me such attitude and threw the ipad on the counter. . I asked if it came in different colors and he gave me attitude about having to go ip the ladder and retrieve the pink one. I wanted to do a trade in and he flat out said No. Worst Customer Service. I won’t buy another thing from them.
