I asked him to assist me in contacting Nintendo for support, but he refused to help in any way. From the start, he showed no intention of helping and displayed zero customer service empathy. If this is the kind of attitude tolerated from store management, it reflects very poorly on Best Buy as a company. It makes it seem like customer satisfaction is not a priority, only the sale. This experience was so disappointing that it has made me seriously question ever shopping at Best Buy again. A manager should represent the company with professionalism and a willingness to help customers, not dismiss them when they need assistance.

After a while of explaining this to them, I asked why I pay for insurance if they aren't responsible. Then they said they were able to solve the problem on their computer. If they can't hire properly trained people, they shouldn't hire young people who don't know what they're doing.
