    Spent the afternoon working with several incredible Apple employees all patiently helping me solve an Apple care issue with an iPad. The staff were very calm, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. I will be back for all my future Apple purchases!

    Update on January 15th 2026 - Roj emailed me and said he would call me tonight at 7 pm. I will update with what he says about this whole issue. - - - - - - - - - - - - - Wish I could give ZERO stars. my suggestion - Buy your devices anywhere else. Wife and I bought 2 new phones January 10th 2026. I Was overcharged on my phone as they did not activate the phone for me on Verizon, $ 30 dollar uncharge for not activating my phone. Store said that because my wife and I had a physical sim in our old phones, (XR and 11) they could not help us. Escalated to Apple corporate (Roj and Andy). Also filed BBB complaint Ron never followed up Andy followed up and only offered to give me the money they overcharged me and some free accessories for my poor experience, but I would have to go back to the store. I reversed the 31.88 apple overcharged me with my credit card. My suggestion is to get your phones from your carrier and not visit the Apple Store. My wife and I did the work of transferring our numbers to our new phones ourselves. High prices, poor support and poor help. I guess when you spend roughly 2700 dollars on 2 phones and 2 apple care plans, you get zero help transferring numbers to a new phone, and then when you are overcharged on your phone you have to go back to the store and waste more time to get the money back you should not have been charged to begin with.

    Nick was a fantastic associate! Knowledgeable about the products, made excellent recommendations and explained some new features I wasn’t aware of. He made the process of buying a new MacBook Pro easy and I was confident I got the right model for my needs. On top of this he was super friendly. Next time I need an Apple product I’ll be heading back to see Nick and team

    Came to the Apple genius bar today to get some basic technical help that auto transferring. The first Asian lady didn’t know anything and kept googling. So I asked to speak to the manager. The black manager became very defensive when I told him about my concern and basically told me to have my expectations low while he gets me a new technician. In the meantime, I ask him to show me features of the new laptop that I just bought. However, he just said that he cannot answer my question unless I have specific questions for him. He was defensive and extremely rude. If you have legitimate questions about your phone or laptop, do not come here as you be wasting your time with incompetent and extremely rude people, including managers who don’t know how to ask quite an issue I’ll take care of the customers concern.
