  Always find what you need and helpful staff. Buy all my electronics here. 0% financing on qualifying purchases always a great deal just make sure you can pay it off in the term offered.

  I needed a new television and didn't want to wait for it to arrive by shipment from anyone. Best Buy has a very good selection of in stock TV'S so I made my choice during my lunch break at work, paid for it and a very courteous young man loaded it in my vehicle on my way home that day. I was very pleased with the entire experience. It was as close to being a 5 star experience as anything gets. I actually would rate it 4 and a half stars but it's not an option.

  Empty shelves and no amazing deals. Nobody even asked if they could help me, I would have said no, but they never asked.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company. Used to like best buy until I recently went in to purchase a refrigerator. I found one in store and the store employee suggested. I buy a Best Buy credit card. Purchase it with the credit card and then pay off the credit card in full right Then and there which i did did. This purchase was done on March 1st and I still don't have my product every week. They cancel delivery and tell me that it's stuck in the warehouse and they have to reschedule today.I walked into our local best.Buy where I purchased the item to find out that it was never sent to the warehouse and is still in store. Seems like robbery, right? They got my money and they have my product. You can't speak to a representative because you get a call center agent from India. Who keeps telling you that the product is at the warehouse when speaking to the manager in the local best. Buy when I suggested that this is robbery. And maybe I need to get a lawyer, he said, once we bring up a lawyer, we're no longer allowed to speak to you Have a good day. I will neveeerrrrrrrr go to best buy again and will report this to BBB and a lawyer
