I want to give a big shout out to Andy! He helped me get my air tags to sync with my phone. He also straightened out my settings that I had changed when I was trying to use the trouble tips to set up the tags. I am so grateful for his friendly, helpful attitude. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I truly appreciated his help as I am heading to Africa in less than a week.

I visited this place before coming back to my country, I was looking for the new iPhone which apparently is sold out everywhere. This was the second Apple Store I visited looking for it, and the lady who assisted me, which apparently was the Mgr. offered a series of alternatives to help me get if before my trip back which ultimately, thanks to her help and proactiveness I was able to get!

I bought a new Apple iPhone and just recently began experiencing reoccurring software issues. I brought phone to Apple Higham and they tested the device and determined it did not pass diagnostic tests and experienced a defect known to Apple. The defect was determined to be due to poor quality manufacturing by Apple. Apple Higham refused to address Apple’s defect and the Apple Manager acknowledged that Apple develops poor quality products. Their solution is to buy another new (and likely defective) product. If it says Apple, it’s defective. I will now buy for a reputable high quality product manufacturer, which all agreed is NOT APPLE

Walked in, guy the door was putting people in the queue for services, the store was really busy. He never really put us in the queue though? Asked what we were there for, told him we were buying an iMac, told us where they were located in the store, pointed them out and told us to stand by the table and we'd have some one by to help us, but didn't ask for a name or any other identifying piece of information. After waiting about 30 plus minuets and seeing people that came in after us get waited on I went up and verified that we were actually in the queue and he assured me we were. Another 20 minuets went by and he happened by and I asked again are we getting close, he assured me again we were. More time passed and more people that had arrived after us were waited on. Finally another store employee approached us and asked if we needed help. We told her we wanted to buy an iMac and new which one we wanted. She asked if we wanted a demo and we politely declined. She then questioned why the man at the door had us standing there if we knew what we wanted , he saw her speaking to us and scurried over, she asked him why he didnt send us straight to the pick up line, he stammered and told her we were next. She showed us to the pick up desk and we completed the transaction and walked out the door in less than 10 minuets. I will never recover the time I wasted standing near the IMacs now knowing I wasn't in the queue and apparently not even a priority for the employee at the door that was supposed to speed up our process. He in particular needs to do much much better. Apple products are outstanding which is why I waited, but know there are other options out there. Very disappointed and in the future will proabably shop for Apple products on line instead driving one way almost an hour, waiting for over and hour and then driving home almost an hour, DO BETTER Apple Employee, you know who you are. Thank to the woman that finally did help us and the fast woman that waited on us at check out and thank you to the person that brought the product out to us, for the speed and attention.
