  Replaced my phone today and had G to help me out— he was lovely to talk to. His honesty and charisma were fantastic. Very knowledgeable guy and appreciated his patience, kindness, and professionalism. Give this guy a raise!

  I went in there a couple days ago because all my email are showing up under junk instead of my inbox and the guy showed me how to move it to inbox and then I was all set the very next day. I’m still getting all the emails to my junk box so nothing was fixed. All it takes care of other previous ones nothing’s been fixed. I called Apple support and they said there’s a long list of things that needs to be done and they can’t do it with Gmail. Very disappointed that nothing got accomplished, and the guy acted like he knew what he was doing

  I do not recommend this store. They take forever to do any little thing, and they make a big deal out of what you’re trying to accomplish. Don’t go there.

  Went in to purchase an Apple Watch to track my sleep. Jackson was super helpful and show me how to use and advised me. G help me set up my watch we were having a blast and laughing with the other people at the table. We both had asked him how long he worked here and he said it was his first day but really he had been for nine years Great experience will definitely back
