I specifically want to shout out Tyler, Isaiah, and Steve for their friendliness and attention to details. Upgraded a phone recently from 13 pro max to the newest air model (DO NOT DO IT). The iPhone 17 Air was a disaster of a phone and only lasted about 24 hours with it. The team understood my frustrations and made the appropriate suggestions so I would not lose out on offers or be saddled with an inadequate phone. They were fast, efficient and in Steve’s case kind to everyone. They day I came in Steve had helped a more than difficult customer, but he never wavered or gave into the customers attitude and continued service with not only a smile but RESULTS after getting screamed at for what seemed like an eternity. Keep up the great work team!
