    The service rep. we worked with (Tyler) was outstanding! He was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. We were also able to set up an appointment with him in advance which saved time. Would highly recommend this store and the team working there.

    Came in at a busy time and it appeared that all the employees were with customers. That is totally understandable. Yet for 20+ minutes nobody approached me, there is no where to form a line, no screen to check in at. No signage saying someone will check you in, or "wait here". When someone finally did check me in, it was unclear if he was helping me at that point or just taking my name down. He gave me a very brief negative outlook on my issue and then checked me in. One rep was having a very long casual conversation with a customer and it was so lengthy and off topic I assumed it was a family member and he was done for the day. He looked up several times to see people waiting, made eye contact, but didn't make any effort to alert anyone or tell the customer he needed to pause. Another rep was sitting with a family for more than 30 minutes and didn't once look up to see if there were people to check in. It was almost comical as I watched other customers walk in and also wonder what was going on. We all just sort of laughed with each other and looked around and continued to be ignored. I did finally get called after more than an hour total of wait time and the employee was helpful but it was not at all worth the experience I had. I will look for another location to go to today for my purchase.

    Incompetent store that completely ruined my phone plan (AT&T). Went in with a simple request of my partner and I opening our own Verizon plan. Came out with 2 new phones with trade in deals, one of the phones I was told to ‘go to Apple to transfer’ because they couldn’t figure out how to do that (I figured it out myself in 10 minutes). My line was then added onto my partner’s Verizon family account I was never on to begin with. I now don’t own my own number, our phone plan has INCREASED, and I am stuck on this family plan for the next 30 days because it is a ‘new line.’ Will never come back to this store.

    I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store thanks to Tyler G. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us. He took his time explaining everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing, and made sure we felt confident with our choices before we left. He was personable, and offered genuine feedback and advice. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service, Tyler G was absolutely amazing. We left feeling taken care of, grateful, and very impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness we received. I would recommend this store but I would recommend you ask for Tyler as well. Best service I have received in a long time. Verizon is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

    This is a fraudulent operation. They would not accept a trade in that was already approved by Verizon corporate and instructed me to call customer service. AVOID this store at all costs. Shop elsewhere.
