- BMBrian McKinnonOct 21, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would, starting things off I got the care club plan and was paying monthly and it never worked had to pay damn near everything out of pocket so I canceled it cause if I’m going to be paying everything out of pocket because the people there can’t manage to put a card on file I might as well cancel it. I cancel it months go by and I get a random bill? What is this never go here even if your pet is on deaths doorstep they will do more harm than good here.

They make excuses as to why you need to come in for yet another appointment. The people who answer the phones have no idea what they're talking about which inevitably leads to more appointments, and more money out of your pocket. I would only go to them in an emergency, otherwise, find someone who cares about your pets, not about your $$.
