That when he became rude and his tone was hostile "Fine then, have a nice day!" I commented "hey, your being rude". Then his lost it. "Your being rude you think I am bullshit you and you insult me getting up and turning your back to leave!" I tried to discuss it but just kept talking over me and getting angrier! I ask for a manager and said was the manager, so asked his name and flat wouldn't tell me and just told me to leave. "You can leave now, have a nice day!!" In angry tone. I am waiting for corporate to call me back. This person should not be working for Verizon.
