    This Yes is for Verizon customer service but started off in Hadley.We went to the Hadley store back on August 13 to have our phones switched from my husband‘s name to my son‘s name which is a Verizon linesman so that we could get the employee discount. When we went The girl at the Hadley store looked up our accounts and told us that we were eligible for a phone upgrade. She told us to call Verizon customer service 24 hours later to have the phones switched. From my husband‘s name to my son‘s name. We did that we thought it was all good until we got a bill on August 22 for almost $5000. We tried to contact customer service. No one could help us. We went back to the Hadley store and at that point found out that When we called Customer Service, they had severed the accounts and made my son a business account. We learned at the store that we did not have authorization on the account that they made for my son. We have been calling writing letters, putting in complaints, talking to the fraud department and no one seems to be able to help us. I have all the documentation, but can’t get any help because it was put under a business account. My husband‘s cc was attempted to be charged the $5000 For the phone That are on my son’s account.

    Went their for staff to help me resolve "user issue" with my phone. Very helpful. Deleted an app that continuously popped up every few seconds. No wait time...they took care of me as soon as I walked in. Very nice, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

    Verizon Wireless as a whole is a complete joke. We have been trying to return a router for over a month to no avail. My next and last option was to go into the store to do this. They would not help me return the item. The way I was treated was grotesque!!! Go somewhere else with your business. Verizon is the very last place I would go!

    Tyler and his coworker helped me so much with my bricked phone. They made a very stressful situation feel a lot more manageable, and made sure they found the best solution for me.

    Aside from having Verizon cancel my pickup order before two days were up (3 is what they are supposed to give you) and having to spend an entire hour on the phone before even going to the store getting that fixed, I get a rep who says they will set up my phone for $30 without explaining that anyone could do it at home (good thing he forgot to charge me). He proceeds to not actually activate the phone (too busy playing a game on his phone!) but tells me "you're all set". I walk back in the store and he is going to make me wait while he's selling to another customer. Acts like he doesn't know me from 5 minutes ago. I had to ask two reps who were standing around doing nothing to help me. The rep I got then gives me a BS story about a "glitch" when it was obvious that the first guy just skipped an entire set of steps. Complete waste of my day. Go to another store, they can't be any worse than this one.
