The manager said he wasn’t an “authorized account user” so he couldn’t do that, but she encouraged him to change my account. He added 3 devices and my bill went from 160 to 675. I found out this isn’t even a real Verizon. They’re a reseller and they make commissions which is probably why they sold him everything under the sun. I went to the nearest real Verizon and they are working on trying to make things right. This greenfield place is full of thieves and sleepy sales people. They should be ashamed of themselves. I also reached out. To corporate Verizon to make them aware of this manager’s ILLEGAL sales tricks.
