While I was in there, it appeared that 95% of what they have to do is clean up the mistakes and rudeness of the corporate offices. They deserve a raise and at base minimum, an apology from corporate, for making their lives harder.

(14th) Between Eda of Loyalty dept.? ...and a "One man show" "Nick" from Verizon in Greenfield Ma. store, went Above and Beyond to Spare Our Family Unnecessary Strife & disappointment & made it All happen !!!!! 16 + years - Thank You !!! 🙏 (If Nick is not More than just Manager material .......my Wife & i Will be Disapointed if Overlooked)!!!!!
