- MFMarty Fischer3 days ago5.0Being a “HATER” of the world of cell phones that everyone seems to be surgically attached to these days, and probably being the only one left who actually uses my phone for just phone calls, not texting, not emailing, not Facebooking….. well, you get the point! Now to a more important point. Two of your employees at the Great Barrington Verizon store recently sold me a new cell phone. I cannot stress enough how kind, patient, polite, professional and knowledgeable these two were. I am speaking of Bobby and Meguer. Anybody that can get me to not only understand these things but also to see their benefits and actually enjoy using it, ( well a little bit anyway ), is a pretty exceptional employee. If I had my way they would become partners in Verizon!!! This is my way of saying THANK YOU to both Bobby and Meguer!

I find the whole process confusing sometimes and they were super communicative, helpful and really friendly. I highly recommend going there if you have Verizon and need assistance. They're lovely to work with.

We got 6 new iphone17 for the family, Katie and Bobby were the employees that assisted us, from the moment we walked in the door they gave us their full attention, went over plans ensuring we got the best deal possible, and helped set up the new phones, transferring numbers, adding screen protectors, and literally everything else needed. We couldn't be more happy, not to mention we had our 4 kids with us, they are VERY family friendly. We live about an hour away but will make the drive here rather then closer ones the experience was PHENOMENAL. Thank you Bobby and Katie!

They helped me upgrade to my new phone annnd keep my old phone as a dedicated Hotspot with next to no cost involved. They found several deals that were available at the time and wrapped them into my purchase to save me tons of money, which was awesome! The whole experience was very nice and friendly with all three of them and it felt like I was chilling with some old mates of mine the whole time instead of at a store shopping!😆 Highly recommend visiting this store for help and service! I have to add this- I have never done a review before, but I had to do my first one. Nitesh in the Great Barrington, MA store is really an amazing guy. He was so patient with this old lady and my limited knowledge of technology. He listened to me and did exactly what I needed to fix my problems.
