  I hope this is the right Geek Squad location that I called, because I’m leaving this review because of the person I spoke with for atleast 10 minutes that helped me a lot, whose name is Lesley. Lesley was a great person to talk to. The reason I called Best Buy/Geek squad was because my fridge, which we bought from there, broke, and we couldn’t find the order we placed. Lesley took his time and was very patient with me. He went through all the orders we had with Best Buy and was able to find the order number for the fridge that I couldn’t find myself. After that, he told me who to call (Samsung) and explained how to talk to them about my warranty and how to possibly get the fridge fixed. Thanks to Lesley once again for taking his time and being patient with me. This was a huge help. I hope I left this review at the right Geek Squad and he gets the credit he deserves.

  Geek Squad Framingham Something went haywire with my PC, and after suffering three days of painful angst at home trying to correct the problem, I walked into this store and handed my nightmare to a professional, sympathetic and very reassuring agent named Kyle Haynes. A couple of hours later I walked out with my problem solved - it was like experiencing a rebirth!!! Great guy, great attitude, great service!!

  Bought a remote car starter from Best Buy Framingham with installation from geek squad and the next installation date they have is 2 months away :( Why do you sell services if you don’t have appointments? Who is going to wait for 2 months before scheduling an installation!!

  These guys have no clue. I came there with external HD, they asked [from] $400 for data recovery. Later I've found that usb port had faulty connection and recovered data myself for $0.
