  They have à nice inventory but the prices are a little on the stiff side. But it is their store and their equipment they can charge what ever they want.

  I have been going there since 1986. Always find them to be very knowledgeable and approachable. They honored my budget requirements and showed me good options. Allowed me to take components home to demo. Fun bunch of guys the place feels like home.

  There are only a handful of stereo/audio stores left. One of them is Natural Sound in Framingham. Just like pharmacies, they’re being run out of business by the large impersonal corporate chains. From the minute I walked in, the Natural Sound staff treated me like royalty. Literally sitting me in a listening chair called “the throne.” They had the Focal speakers I was interested in already set up. Within a few minutes I knew I had to have them. This kind of setup is the only way to tell. Dave from Natural Sound personally drove to my house and delivered them when they arrived. Unfortunately, one of the speakers was defective. It had a buzzing sound in the midrange (120-1000 hz). A week later Dave again drove to my house, took the old speaker, and replaced it with a new one, which worked perfectly. This is the only way to buy good stereo equipment. You need an environment where you can really listen without distractions. I’m a musician and a bit of an audiophile, so I wouldn’t have any other way. Great job, Dave and Natural Sound crew!
