I bring my dog today and I got the worst experience ever! Some people shouldn’t be vet doctors. Last time I went to that place they told me they can only see my dog if I was under medication for anxiety! They charge me 97 dollar for that medication, i say ok I will pay for it and you guys will see her again! The vet told me yes! Now that I bringing my dog they can still not help her, my dog is and Australian shepherd medium size and friendly when you get to know her! Ok I give her med for the visit my dog is all out she can even walk and barely stand, that medication effects last 9 hours I got scared when I see my dog on that position but I think is her first time so I thought I was totally ok, right when we walk in to the room the nurse vet say they doctor will see her and a few minutes ok doctor got inside to the room I wasn’t even 5m when the vet say she can not do her examination because my dog is too scared and have way too much anxiety she also say that they didn’t have many ppl so she can’t not carry her , my dog I was almost sleeping and in the floor she was the most chill dog ofc like other dogs she got scared of the for being so rough and trynna make her sit ! Not empty at all, at the end of the appointment the vet say she can’t not help my dog or do the all her exam and instead give me a paper for a trainer who can see her and train my dog! How come that she can’t tell me all this and not just do what she was supposed! Is the 2 time this happens and now my dog is all drugged and not have her exam done! I have never seen a vet with not empathy and compassion for the animals! I waste time and money!

awful place..they want your money nothing else. brought my cat spent 2000 to say go to an emergency room we can't do anything. tried to get a lifesaving prescription for my cat and now they won't fill it because it doesn't come in right size and I can't break it jn half..so my cat will die with no meds..no compassion at all ..stay clear of Dr vargas.. no heart

Not happy with their service first time going there and went with my dog for his lump on his nose and ended up doing a whole physical and checking other things which I was charged for instead, and did not receive any result or information for his nose. They told me to make another appointment for his nose to get more money from me. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. Made a complaint and never got a call back . Will not recommend going there.
