  We take out dog here and they take great care of him. Front desk is super responsive and everyone is very friendly and compassionate!

  I was so insanely disappointed when I switched to VCA Everett. The vet and vet techs seemed thoroughly annoyed that they were doing their job and passed a lot of judgement on my dogs after meeting them a singular time. They truly seemed like they hated animals which is not what I want out of a vet. After discussing that one of my dogs is on an allergy medication, when it came time to refill it they refused to work with the pharmacy that I use and so it has taken three weeks for me to be able to submit the prescription. They had to write me a physical prescription, I had to go pick it up, I had to print out a mailing label, then mail in the prescription to the pharmacy when they could have just responded to the pharmacy when they called saying it was authorized. Now my dog is going without his medication while we wait for the prescription to be received, processed, and sent back. We will never be going back.

  This place for me is two words Thieves and swindlers First time went my daughter for exam and one vaccine and doing extra vaccines that was not necessary and charged her almost 500$ and my daughter told me is one more vaccine to do in 3 weeks. I make appointment only for vaccine and coming in side asked me how is everything and did the vaccine and charge me for exam and for vaccine 170$. What exam , my dog was fine no sick , not need exam , I didn’t bring him for check up, but only for vaccine MY APPOINTMENT WAS ONLY FOR VACCINE WHY THOSE PEOPLE CHECKING WITHOUT ASKING AND THE CHECKING LAST ONLY 1 MIN AND CHARGING 84$ FOR ONE MINUTE
