They have accommodated us multiple times for last minute visits, always make us feel comfortable and do a thorough job with our pup. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the employees behind the desk are always sweet. The doctors and techs take their time explaining things and often follow up even after we’ve gone home. Yes, the care is expensive- but for the peace of mind it gives us, we would happily pay. Additionally, they are always very upfront about the cost, which I appreciate. So thankful to have them for minor to major issues regarding our pup!

Unfortunately, when they replaced my dog's bandages, one of the bandages slipped off because it was too big. I noticed this later that night, so I had to go to the ER with my dog, to have the bandages replaced. This was very stressful and frustrating. I wish they had done the bandages correctly.
