- CBClement BanwellAug 20, 20241.0I was told a time period when they would arrive to my place and mount a tv. The cost is not insignificant. During that time, I received no confirmation of my appointment and what was supposed to be a time slot of 11:30 to 3:30 ended up being way past 7pm. I waited all day in my apartment and constantly called customer support. They couldn’t help much because they wouldn’t give me the contractors information. Overall, bad experience and not even sure how I am going to get my TV.
