Mikey was SO helpful as soon as I walked in the door I couldn’t find what I was looking for and he was able to find it for me. Then he was nice enough to ring it up for me while there was huge line. Kindness always goes a long way in my book, thank you for your help today!
I have had too many bad experiences at this Best Buy over the years, and my most recent visit was just more of the same. The store was clearly understaffed, with only two or three employees working, and when I asked a basic question, I got a vague runaround instead of a helpful answer or any real accountability.
What made it even worse was that after wasting time going to the store for an item they did not even have, I later tried calling for help and was transferred to a call center in the United Kingdom instead of being connected directly to the store. They still could not help me, so the entire experience was a waste of time from start to finish.
Best Buy has been getting worse and worse. The staff often seem uninformed about the products they are selling, and even simple questions are met with indifference or annoyance.
Customer service feels like the bare minimum, as though helping people is treated like an inconvenience.
The store also feels chronically understaffed, and the overall atmosphere reflects that. It is hard not to feel like this company is heading in the wrong direction.
At this point, I would rather shop elsewhere than deal with the frustration.

Ho visitato il negozio un paio di giorni fa per avere info sul trasferimento di un televisore da una casa ad un’altra . Sebbene non avessi appuntamento, ho trovato estrema disponibilita’ a darmi informazioni. Un tale Carlos della Geek Squad é stato gentilissimo e mi ha spiegato tutto con chiarezza . Grazie. Poi ho aprofittato dell’occasione per chiedere info su IL FRAME di Samsung al reparto TV. Una addetta molto giovane mi ha sorpreso per preparazione ed efficienza fornendomi tute le informazioni a tempo di record.
Davvero un ottimo Best Buy cui riferirsi !
Best Buy Trade-In Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy’s trade-in program.
I sent in my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra expecting to receive a promotional trade-in value of up to $500. My device had no screen damage, only minor damage on the back of the phone.
However, after inspection, Best Buy classified my phone as having a “broken screen”, which is incorrect. Because of this, they completely removed the promotional value and reduced my trade-in offer from $75 to just $18.75.
When I asked for clarification and requested proof (such as photos), they stated they could not provide any images and refused to reconsider the evaluation.
This process feels very unfair and lacks transparency:
No proof of the claimed damage
No opportunity to dispute the inspection
Massive reduction in value based on questionable assessment
At this point, I chose to cancel the trade-in and request my device back.
I would strongly recommend others to be cautious when using Best Buy’s trade-in program, especially if you are relying on promotional offers. The final value can change drastically, and there is little to no accountability in the inspection process.
Took advantage of Valentines/Presidents Day sale and grabbed a pair of Airbuds 4, or so I thought. They were to be delivered by Roadie on the 16th by 6pm, they came somewhere after 9pm, but I didn't even get the item, I got an empty package. Contact support, they say replacement, two days later says delay, contact support again, they say investigation going on, how about a refund? Ok, same day, denied. Contact again, will open an investigation...., 3 days later denied, contact again, investigation denied because I didnt keep packaging, well no one told me to. Dig out the packaging, contact again, they say investigation will re open, next day denied. Contact again, need a police report. FML, I get it and call the number I was told to by the supervisor who ended my chat, guy says claims team will be in touch on Monday, wait til Wednesday, no contact. Call again, got no one. Called Thursday, got a young lady who said the police need to upload the police report, asked to speak to her supervisor "Karthick" who told me all the reps including the lady before him was incorrect and everything I have done has been pointless there is no refund coming to me, click. File with the BBB, get a call from Eida, seemed sympathetic, was not in response, sent me the link to their shipping contract saying the moment they hand it off to the courier they are not required to do anything, even file a claim with the courier. What am I left with? Disputing the charge on my credit card.
Update: In response to their response, I contacted them on Facebook only to find they did not read my review at all, and of course unable to do anything. Do not waste your time with this store and staff.
