  My Cecilia was seriously sick. I had called my vet at Dennis animal Hospital on 28 Dr. Neese. They told me they were booked. I could bring my girl there for the day and leave her and they’ll check her out. Well, I decided to call VCA cause I knew of Dr. Stephen Baker. I cannot say enough of who this man is he is just he has the biggest heart. he’s so warm and kind to every animal he comes across. When you see him in his office as nice and calm and well spoken, he is he is like that all the time he was fabulous for me unfortunately, it did not turn out good. My Cecilia passed that night during surgery. if it wasn’t for Dr. Baker, my Cecilia would’ve suffered a long slow death. At least I was able to get her to Emergency on Dr. Beck. His recommendation immediately get her to that vet and Buzzards Bay. As far as the staff goes at VCA they are just as remarkable as Dr. Baker. I have nothing but good things to say about how they helped me and they supported me thank you Stephen. I love you. You’re the best veterinarian that I have ever come across and I’m blessed to have you in my life. PS Dr. Baker was also booked that day. He said bring her in immediately in between appointments. He had some tests done and had blood work done and he had x-rays and he did it and that’s in the x-rays show. There was a problem.

  Dr. Nancy Weintraub is so great, very comprehensive and thorough and compassionate in her assessment and diagnosis and recommendations. She does a full physical exam as well as she has decades of experience dealing with complex medical issues. It’s not easy taking care of my best friend at 16 years old but at least I know I’m doing everything I can. Thank you Maria & Rush

  We were visiting here on the Cape when our dog got pink eye. June the receptionist got us an appt in 2 days and then called back with a cancellation for the following day. She was very kind and compassionate. The appt was the most thorough one any of my dogs have ever had! We’ve had several dogs and vets in our 50 years of dogs. Dr Watts made us all feel very sure of his diagnosis and meds. Great visit! Fabulous staff! Reasonable rates! Thank you all for getting Ben back on a healthy track for the rest of his vacation!

  While their expensive price could be considered reasonable based on their location and care for animals has always been at least satisfactory they have a serious problem with their front desk or whoever is answering their phones. Unsure of whether it is incompetence or laziness that a prescription through their online service set up at their office through them could not be canceled upon the death of my pet and would let that prescription be filled for over 4 months
