- NPNarcissa PlummerMay 6, 20251.0Terrible in person customer service. They talk down to you like you are unable to comprehend anything they are saying. I was told on the phone they would be able to repair the adhesive of the back of my fossil watch in store. Once I get in the store they said it has to be sent in for 2-3 weeks, okay fine. But then they said I have to have Apple care on a non-Apple product in order to cut the cost. Instead of explaining why the cost is so high for non-Apple products he continued to repeat that I should buy a new watch or get Apple care. Since when do they only repair Apple products for a fair price?
