Completely waste of time and money. Took 45 mins to make one service order. And told me to come back in 2 hours. When i arrived, they told me to make another appointment to pickup (not mentioned before). And by the time, the next one available is the next day.

Terrible in person customer service. They talk down to you like you are unable to comprehend anything they are saying. I was told on the phone they would be able to repair the adhesive of the back of my fossil watch in store. Once I get in the store they said it has to be sent in for 2-3 weeks, okay fine. But then they said I have to have Apple care on a non-Apple product in order to cut the cost. Instead of explaining why the cost is so high for non-Apple products he continued to repeat that I should buy a new watch or get Apple care. Since when do they only repair Apple products for a fair price?

Takes forever to get through automated system, then you get a foreigner on the phone that speaks broken hard to follow English. Indian lady hung up on me when I asked her to speak more clearly.
** People in person are OK!** but yo need to go to the store.
