After selecting the item, we were told to wait for assistance with no clear instructions or signage explaining the queue. The manager then informed us we’d need to wait 15 minutes, even though we were ready to purchase. Meanwhile, not all staff were helping customers; I observed three employees counting cash, which seemed excessive. Overall, the store needs clearer processes, better staffing allocation, and improved customer service. I offer this feedback in the spirit of improvement.     Went in today for a Genius Bar appointment ti fix my phone that wouldn’t charge. I had my 5 year old with me, the staff not only went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues but also entertained my little one and were so kind while she had to wait for my phone to be fixed. She is now asking when we are going back to the fun store because she wants to see her new friends!

    If I come in to pick up a delivery and I'm talking to someone and they direct me to someone else who is busy to be checked in isn't that kind of weird why wouldn't the person who's not busy do it you're going to send me to the person who's helping people and then don't even tell me that you didn't check me in and then I'm standing there for who knows how long it's kind of inconsiderate either check me in or say directly that they're going to check me in over there don't just direct me to someone else and minimize your conversation without telling me I'm not checked in it's inconsiderate of the fact that a delivery driver does not get paid hourly to do this so if you're wasting their time you're wasting their money anyways I hope this helps
