    The only reason for giving this excellent Apple Store three stars instead of the five they deserve is that after making a purchase there, someone skimmed my credit card info and tried to buy handbags and apparel from two different online stores. My bank alerted me immediately and the transactions were declined and the card canceled. I think I know who it was---two female customers who spent maybe an hour or two camped out in the middle of the store (2/3/26 at 11:45AM). When I called to report the attempted theft, Apple associates told me they couldn't do anything about it. But if you have thousands of dollars of transactions going on every day and you can't secure customers' information from being stolen, how confident am I in making another purchase there?

    IOS 26.2 has destroyed my phone, it is no longer working correctly. Apple will not allow me to uninstall the IOS to go back to the older version. This is criminal. They have broken my phone and are not providing any compensation. I quitting all apple products. There should be a class action lawsuit for this.

    While having lunch at Legacy Place, we stopped by the Apple Store to buy a belated birthday gift—AirPods Max for my son. After selecting the item, we were told to wait for assistance with no clear instructions or signage explaining the queue. The manager then informed us we’d need to wait 15 minutes, even though we were ready to purchase. Meanwhile, not all staff were helping customers; I observed three employees counting cash, which seemed excessive. Overall, the store needs clearer processes, better staffing allocation, and improved customer service. I offer this feedback in the spirit of improvement. Specifically: - Post clear instructions at the entrance about how to get assistance (e.g., check-in, queue system). - Prioritize staff allocation toward assisting waiting customers, especially during peak times. - Reinforce customer-service standards so interactions feel welcoming and efficient.
