  Worst customer service. Didn’t acknowledge me at all and wandered around looking for help for several minutes until I finally found someone and was told to wait in the back. Sat for almost an hour with several employees passing by just looking at me. I finally got up to ask if someone would be with me soon and finally was able to see someone. Ended up being a waste of time they ultimately couldn’t help with my issue. That isn’t the main problem but just the lack of urgency in the employees and it wasn’t super busy either. Do better!

  Repair bait and switch. I want to share that this was a terrible service experience. I came on Tue night and and the guy quoted me for the repair and he was very helpful. I explained I was leaving on a trip on Monday and need the laptop done by then. He let me know he would have the part Thu or Fri and would get it done in 24 hours so that I would have it for my trip. I was pleased with that plan and agreed to pay the $748 for the screen, given the convenience. I was notified today (Thu) that the part was in and all I would need to do is drop it off. However, today your store staff admin said all they could do is commit to 3-5 days repair time. And when I said that would not work for me, there was no attempt to solve the problem and zero accountability for quoting me the 24 hour turnaround originally. All they said was “I don’t know maybe we got more Mac repairs in the meantime”. I said this was a waste of my time and I would have to get it fixed elsewhere, they said “ok bye” and walked away. I have been a loyal Apple customer for 20 years- mostly because of the Apple experience. Things are going downhill and this is very disappointing.

  Won’t be coming back here just a waste of time I came in as soon as they open because my phone service was on SOS and I had previously had an issue with my camera that it wasn’t working He spent an hour and a half fixing the camera Never resolved the sos Suggest suggested I went to my carrier and have them remove my eSIM and reinstall Just to come back to have to wait hours now because The carrier couldn’t fix the issue instead of wasting my whole day he could of offered to replace the phone and I would of simply paid for it because I have Apple care they are just here to give you the run around and waste your time. Ended up leaving with a phone that still wasn’t fixed !! Because I have to work 5 hours of a waste of time .

  It was the worst experience ever. I had an appointment for my AirPods and I wanted to get a replacement and they said you will have to get it at Braintree an it will be waiting for you. Then they said that you will hav to wait 5 days to get it. What an experience. If I could give 0 star I would.
