- SSSamDec 9, 20241.0I had my motherboard, ram, And the cooling system replaced. They put in the ram backwards and they didn't run a test like they said or they would have caught it. There's a computer shop in Beverly that's really good go to someone who knows stuff.

Did what I asked for, answered all my questions; set up an appointment for me to pick up the laptop; did a walk-thru of how to set up the remote connection; and made several suggestions, such as to try some new anti-virus software. Overall, when I left I knew everything was going to work well, and everything worked as projected by the team. In today's environment, this is not the norm. With the Geek squad it is. Money well invested.

However, what I wanted was to be able to transfer vinyl and cassettes to disc, Bought $300 turntable , $550 receiver, $200 dual cassette, and $300 cd recorder. They have been to my house 3 times (The 3rd visit was gratis) and I still have not been able to transfer even 1 track of vinyl or tape. Secondly, they based the charges on my tv size!!! My Tv was just fine the way it was, Now I can no longer use my sound bar. So. in the end. 5 very nice, prompt, clean techs, 3 huge disappointments. Never again!! NEVER!!!
