So I ended up losing my boyfriend's work phone as I schedule for him and work with him and for the first time I misplaced the phone. The guy that works thereat the concord office, Elmer he was such an incredible help. He made getting a new phone a good experience, he's very knowledgeable and super helpful. That was my first time enjoying my experience of getting a new phone. He made conversation enjoyable while waiting for the updates. You have a good employee who is nice and kind working at Verizon don't loose him!

I showed up last night with a dead phone charger and the store was going to close in 3 minutes, but Elmer solved my problem and got me a new charger. Then I left my phone in the store overnight. I didn't realize that that Elmer not only tried to find me just after I left to give me my phone, but he stayed in the area an hour after the store closed hoping I would come back. We were not able to find each other until I went into the store when it opened today but I was so touched by his concern about my not having a phone, because I had told him I was worried about not having it work in the upcoming storm. Please give this man a bonus.

These guys are fantastic! Michael and Elmer are exceptional. Each of them goes the extra mile in customer service. Mobile-phone packages are difficult to navigate -- there's always special deals on. It takes a dedicated employee to really look for the customer at what is the best deal and best option for them. These guys take the time and effort to do that. Plus they are personally super friendly. I couldn't recommend this store more. Great job, guys!!!

This was not my first time going to Verizon in Concord where Elmer worked with me and my husband in purchasing a phone. I actually called Verizon in Concord to see if Elmer was working today. Our good fortune, he was. He has such a professional manner and works through all the paper work (online) in a flash.
He is very accommodating and makes it clear that if you have questions or concerns, come back. He is there to answer and help you always. Elmer makes Verizon look good.

I would like to recognize Elmer for his consistently excellent service. He is attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Even during busy times, he remains calm, patient, and makes sure each customer feels supported and taken care of.
In my experience with Verizon and other wireless providers, it is rare to meet someone who has such a positive impact on the overall customer experience. Elmer’s professionalism and genuine care make a real difference and are a big reason I feel confident and happy staying with Verizon.
