What makes our experience here so much better than other locations is that when we walked into the store, we were immediately greeted and helped, rather than ignored. My family and I had a great experience working with Ed! He helped us take advantage of a great deal to upgrade all our phones. He thoroughly explained the process, especially taking the time to answer all the questions we had about what our bill would look like. When setting up our phones, a few problems arose, but Ed was able to navigate through these challenges in a professional manner. He was able to resolve the issues, allowing us to go home with our new phones that day. My family and I are so appreciative of Ed for his kindness, attention to detail, patience, and understanding!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and explain every promotion you might qualify for. I visited last week and Jonathan handled our upgrades. He went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free, which we truly appreciated because service like that is pretty rare these days. We upgraded all four lines on our account and walked out with four iPhone 17 Pros at no additional monthly cost, plus four free iPads and four free Apple Watches. Verizon even gave us a free line of service for 3 years, which we happily used for our youngest so he could share the excitement his older siblings were experiencing. Jonathan made sure we received the best possible deal and took the time to clearly explain what our next bill would look like. My family couldn’t be happier with their new devices. The service at this store is OUTSTANDING, and there’s never any pressure to buy anything you don’t want or need. All the employees seem great, but ask for Jonathan if you want a truly exceptional experience. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thanks again Jonathan!!
