The most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced.They only will help you if you’re a sale other than that they can careless, will tell you to call customer service there is nothing they can do. Called multiple times and went in store to resolve an issue on my account, nothing.They will tell you they’ll follow up with you but they don’t. Its been months at this point. I continue to get the run around from Verizon, it’s shameful. The store is useless and so is customer service. I was better off with T-Mobile, atleast they care about their customers and will actually resolve issues.

I came to this Verizon store at the end of last year to fix a phone number port-in issue I couldn’t resolve online. Andrew was fantastic — very patient, highly knowledgeable about iPhone settings and numbers, and able to solve multiple issues at once. Excellent service. Highly recommend! And happy birthday!

Had to pay $50 to return a defective phone. Verizon is the worst phone provider I've ever used. Very scammy. Support is unhelpful.

Had such an awful time there. The “new guy” added me to the queue and I didn’t even know he was new thinking he would be the one assisting me, then left me there waiting for about 20 minutes while everyone else’s were on their own phones. Carlos had returned from lunch and completely stole the show. Cutos to him multitasking 100%. When it came to my turn I was already annoyed, Carlos took his sweet time explaining everything to me. Unfortunately I could not move forward because I had my daughter with me and the profanity coming from the guy who first signed me in was extremely offensive. Talking about genitals is not work appropriate and that man needs both serious help and to go back to training because my goodness. I wish I can give Carlos a 5 Star but unfortunately the store itself should receive a zero based on professionalism. I doubt Carlos was the manager but he sure should be. For the managers, train your employees to greet the customers and to be professional and not have any profanity in the work environment. Carlos on the other hand, purely amazing. I highly recommend everyone to see him.
