    The worker CHANGED MY PLAN without my permission. I simply asked how much I had left on one of my lines before paying it off and I came home to emails about how my plan changed. AND he added a HOTSPOT for my 93 year old mother!!!! Another time, at another location, a worker added FIOS TV to our account. SECOND TIME it's happened! IF there's a THIRD, we're LEAVING VERIZON!!!!!! SHADY CORRUPT PRACTICES!!!!! Filing a report with the FCC!!!! Bottom line is you don't CHANGE MY PLAN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! IT'S A VIOLATION OF TRUST!!!!!

He is great with explaining things and if any problem comes up he does absolutely amazing with answering any concerns I have and getting them resolved! Thanks for hiring a very bubbly, efficient, multitasker, dedicated employee thanks for welcoming me to Verizon after switching from T-Mobile
