- RDRun Dou1 day ago1.0On the first day of the repair, the store confirmed that my device was covered by Apple One and issued a $99 receipt. Before AppleCare intervened, the store repeatedly insisted that my repair was not covered and that I had to either pay additional charges or have the completed repair undone. When I went to pick up my device, the charge was suddenly changed to $500. After AppleCare Senior Advisor involvement, the issue was resolved. However, even at pickup, the store manager again emphasized that she had the authority to undo the repair without my permission. I appreciate AppleCare’s support, but the in-store handling and management communication were disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

I actually went in today thinking I’d have to relinquish my phone for an extended period because I’d spoken with another Apple technician who couldn’t fix my issue, and suggested that might need to happen. Five stars for Patrick. Will be asking for him in the future.

- BSBCP SurrealityDec 18, 20255.0I recently signed up for the Verizon iPhone 17 pro max deal and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get my account set up with Verizon, so much so I decided to cancel my service and return everything. I came to this store to reset my phone to factory ( wasn't gonna trust Verizon) thankfully an employee helped me. I dont know how to use iPhones, they should include an instruction manual because I didn't know how to do basic things like answer calls. Regardless, thanks to the employee that helped I may try apple products again in the future, but never through Verizon. Never again.
