  Takes forever to get helped. Even with an appointment. Went in to pick up a product that is already serviced. Many employees wandering around and still took 15min to just bring me something that is just sitting here waiting for me. Customer service is terrible esp for a store where you are paying premium pricing.

  So it was our first time in this Apple location as we always go to Natick Mall but was checkingout the mall. I got my 3 kids with me and they are so excited to check the arcade section. I guess we are sooo LOUD as they need to approach us twice to lessen our voice as theres a class going on. We wer just talking normally and kids being excited to check what else they can download in their ipads. So who puts a class beside the arcade section tho with 2 elderly? whoever designed it, or they should move their class to another table. My kids are just being kids and this is our first to be called out for being loud in an apple store and been to how many apple store in different locations. They should have put a sign out that no kids allowed in this location. I feel discriminated in this location.

  This location has epic customer service and quick repair turnaround. They have kept my IPhone 13 Pro in perfect condition. The reps kept checking in when I was restoring my contacts, apps and photos to the repaired phone. They helped me until the job was completed. I strongly urge you to have Apple Care Insurance. It’s well worth it. It’s saved me from expensive out of pocket repairs. I now have a new camera, new battery and new glass. Thank you 🙏🏻

  It’s like every other Apple Store I’ve been to. It’s a beautiful smart store. Has everything. Best is to call before hand and talk to someone to see if they have what you need, and if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. The thing I didn’t want or ask for is them setting up my phone when I wanted to do it myself to save the $30.. T-Mobile told me I can do it myself and save that silly activation fee. Anyways besides that everything went smoothly.. I would suggest just buying whatever you need from the apple online store too. Next time I will do this, my friend said it was super easy. Another thing that was weird and disappointing is that the online store gave me $100 for as is trade in and at the store they didn’t honor it. Staff is on point, when it’s not too busy they try to keep themselves busy which is good.. they answered a lot of questions and showed me some cool gadgets … good place.
