Every order was automatically canceled with no explanation. There is no way to resolve this online—customers are forced to call or visit a store. This is a broken purchasing system and a poor customer experience.

She spoke directly to my relative (instead of ignoring her, or talking only to me). She helped my relative to try the features herself and get comfortable with it. Marai fixed many of our problems--she is an Apple Angel!

She did not confirm the product with us before completing the transaction, which resulted in her grabbing the wrong item and charging the wrong amount the first time. After we pointed out the mistake, she brought the correct product, but the second payment attempt didn’t go through. I even had to call my credit card company myself to sort it out. The whole process felt unnecessarily rushed and careless. Why hurry through checkout without confirming the product with the customer first? This was honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. The service needs serious improvement.
