  My wife and I went in to up grade our phones last week and Ben the store manager was an incredible help. He spent an incredible amount of time making sure that we got exactly what we wanted and needed with our upgrades. He made sure the transfer to the New phones went smoothly. He was working alone at the time and was still able to provide us top notch service while other customers came in, and was able to give the other customers a clear timeline for when he'd be able to assist them. I would not hesitate in recommending Ben or his employees with any of your phone needs in the future!

  I can’t even begin to tell you the positive experience my husband and I had with Ben this past week. My husband and I went in looking for new phones and he was so helpful that not only did we walk out with new phones, we walked out with new iPad for our son and a new watch for me. Not once did I feel like Ben was overselling, pressuring or taking advantage. He heard what we needed and made sure that we got the very best deal. My husband has been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years and Ben made sure he felt it! (Me too) he helped me order new camera lens protection and just because he heard how much I loved my sparkly case, he without asking made sure when he ordered them for me they were sparkly. It just love it The reason why I felt so compelled to write this lengthly review is the way Ben handled a customer who came in while we were in the middle of being helped. The customer was rude, abrasive and downright the worst customer I have ever encountered. Ben was clear, strong and professional in a situation that not many people could have been. As a manager he defended his co worker and made me as a customer feel safe. Ben is amazing! As a returning customer we made sure to visit this because of the positive experience we had 2 years ago Sala. Sala went above and beyond for us as well. 2/2 with amazing customer service with this franchise. The owner this franchise should be very proud of the people who represent them. 5 stars isn’t enough.

  Ordered multiple phones from this location. Got notifications that they were delivered to the store but when I went to store they did not have them. The associate couldn’t give me further details. Asked the associate to take a look at my account and he couldn’t because “they are a third party store”. Waste of time and sketchy!

  Do not waste your time going to this “third party” store. Store hours show 10:00-7:00 every day. However, the store did not open until 10:30am today. The woman in front of me was looking for assistance with her phone, and the clerk told her it’s a 3rd party Verizon store so he could not help her. All I needed was a SIM card replacement. Clerk told me the same thing, 3rd party and couldn’t assist me. Not only did I waste 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot, I had to drive to the westford location. The westford location is ALSO a 3rd party Verizon store. However, they actually helped me! They fixed my phone quickly and I was on my way.

  One of the best Verizons I’ve ever been to! They were very helpful and nice. They helped fix a bug on my iPhone. Couldn’t recommend this store enough!
