He was extremely helpful and honest about what I actually needed. I never thought I’d actually be saving money on my phone bill after hearing all the stories online about rising phone bills, but mine went down! I really appreciated his transparency and help. I’ll definitely be coming back to see him for my next upgrade!

His customer service and attention to my requests were top notch and even when having multiple customers come into the store and him taking care of them also, I still felt I was a top priority and not just another sale.
