The store was busy when we arrived and we did the automated check in, in less than a minute the manager himself came to assure us that someone will be with us shortly. We needed to add a line to our account and Henry came to help us. He was very polite, offered us a seat, and then he not only got the line added, but also helped us gain a huge discount from an ongoing promo of which we had no idea about. He also let us choose a number of our liking which was again very kind. The store is very nice and spacious, and has all major phone models and accessories on display. They are fully stocked, and their staff is super nice. Plus it’s located in the midst of Harvard square which makes it even more convenient. Highly Recommended.

That said, the two managers on staff ignore customers, are dismissive of problems, seem as frustrated with Verizon as I am, and are not useful or helpful. Thank you Andrew for trying your best and I am sorry to see you report to such rude and uninterested managers.
