    I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in Cambridge. TJ, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and clearly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my needs rather than rushing me through the process. The entire visit felt organized and stress-free, which is rare when dealing with phone upgrades or account changes. You can tell this store is well-run and that customer experience is a priority. Highly recommend asking for TJ if you stop in.

    SCAM ALERT!!!! Sold my daughter a new phone, told me if we added a new line to her OLD phone, my bill would not change! Well wrong, my bill was significantly higher the following month. Needless to say I have been dealing with this issue since May with no resolve!!!! Verizon sent me a label to return the old phone and once received, it would come off my bill and all charges would be waved! The phone was received by Verizon on October 30, 2025! Well as of today December 29, 2025, I am still being charged for the phone and number!!! I called in November and was told it would be off with 24 hours. Nope! I called again on December 9, 2025 and was told again it would be off within 25 hours and it’s still on my bill. I do not physically have the phone but am still being charged for it!! I called this store where the transaction was done and I get the run around!!!! Verizon is the worst!!!!! They steal your money!!!

    Coming to this location I met Michael who was so helpful and answered every question and concern I had! Customer service is very important to me so it was nice to have someone who truly cared and wanted to help. The place is also nice and organized! Exceeded my expectations!

    When I joined Verizon, the store manager Chris quoted me a specific monthly bill. Now my bill is almost double. I went to the store, and the manager avoided me and refused to explain. I believe I was misled and I want this escalated to customer relations.

    After Asurion sent me two broken phones and kept hanging up on me after hours of waiting on hold, Henry from this Verizon store dedicated himself to getting me a reimbursement that Asurion had promised. He knew how to speak with Asurion after their entire team decided that hanging up on me was easier than solving the problem. Henry is an exceptional leader who should be promoted.
