They had a smart idea to “replace the glass instead” and handed me a phone with clear damages & other defects that were not there prior. I explained I was changing companies and my Apple care would be voided by the next week and they just laughed like it’s not their problem. Understandable my issues aren’t anyone else’s but when you take a role in a job as big as Apple I’d think there would be some common courtesy and common sense, but it’s clear as day this store sucks and lacks all of that. Never coming back to this location good day
