  I visited Apple Cambridgeside today and am so grateful to them for all of the time they spent with me. I am 80 and was trading in my Mac laptop for a desktop computer. I just needed a large screen that stays in one place and has a regular keyboard! They helped me choose the computer and are transferring g all of my data to it. He also sat with me and asked questions while freeing up space since that has never been done in the past 30 years I have used my computers! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Jonathan, Delacy, Sam…y’all are my saviors. Thank you. If you are deciding between which Apple Store to go to in the Boston area. This is the one. Stay away from all the others.

  Delacey was so helpful and kind! Quick, attentive, friendly service. I was pretty frustrated with my experience online with Apple support but Delacey redeemed my experience. Thank you!
