He tried to push me some Fios bundle deals but I told him that I was only interested to know about the new IPhone deals. He told me that if my mom upgraded to a new IPhone 17 she would be paying $168 per month (she’s currently paying $88.00 per month). Then I told him that wasn’t a special deal at all and he dropped to $112.00. He asked me if I was interested in buying the protection plan and I said no. He changed his mood and gave me a little attitude. I thanked him for his help and left. I then took my mom to the Verizon store in Arlington which is where I bought my IPhone last year and got my mom the same Iphone 17 for $6.00 more than what she is currently paying now ($88.00 + $6.67 = $94.67). No games, no catches. I appreciate the people that work on retail but it’s not for everyone. If you’re not honest and think about your pocket only, you won’t survive and customers will have a bad taste in their mouths regarding the company that this employee is representing for. Good luck with your strategies Verizon Burlington!

He is completely professional, considerate, kind, patient and cheerful at all times. I have dealt with Verizon for years & have gone to different direct & indirect representive but never have met an employee with his character. I recommend Josh as the one that Verizon Company should look for to create a great success @ Verizon.
