    I purchased a brand new in the box cell phone from Best Buy as a Christmas gift on December 9th. I brought it back to the store yesterday the 26th unopened and unused as we needed something with more storage. The manager immediately told me that I was one day outside of my return policy and that they would not give me my money back.. I explained it was a Christmas gift. He told me he did not care and walked me outside of the door to a bulletin board with small print return policy . As I stood in line for 45 minutes, I watched this manager go from register to register telling everyone around that they could not return their stuff. I watched at least eight angry families leave the store beyond frustrated and disappointed. I will never shop at Best Buy again . They have the worst policy around in a terrible Manager .Both Amazon abd eBay that have 30 day return policies with free return returns and no hassle . why waste time going to Best Buy, I can totally see why retail stores like this are failing. what a disappointment they just lost a long time Customer.

    Worst experience came on December 24th to pick up a Apple Watch bought online and when I came to pick up there was a rude of a Indian nationality working the register who was extremely rude seemed to hate here job when I proceeded to give my I.d for pick up they couldn't find my watch so not only was my daughter out a watch but we were greeted with very unprofessional workers. The manager ended up getting involved and his solution was we buy a more expensive watch. Completely ruined my holiday thanks Best Buy in Burlington mass

    If I could leave a negative I would. Bunch of young kids with no professionalism. Placed a pick up order, waited 30 minutes to be told our order was given to another customer. Manager came over, slamming things, with no solution except an offer of a more expensive item. Ridiculous is an understatement

    Really annoyed. Purchased a t v here tonight. Someone had brought it back because they bought it, and it was too big for their space. So it was a really great deal on our t v open box. They guaranteed me everything was inside the box.. get home with the sixty five inch t v open the box. Lo and beholdThere is no remote, no cord to plug the t v in and no user manual. Now I have a sixty five inch t v that I cannot use that I am now having to get back to the store to return because they didn't do their job. Really annoyed and this is super inconvenient. I personally think the store should make this right and offer to come pick up the t v for me if they don't have the rest of the parts in the store

    I was in a rush and was going to buy a Apple Watch for my wife for her birthday using some gift cards I was given from work, end up placing a order with the wrong color watch (my fault) which I called in 10 min after I left the store to see if I could change it to the right color order. Was told that I could only do that at the store. Come back the next day to do so, instead of being a simple exchange becomes a two day waiting for me to get refunded so I can place another order for god knows when I can buy the present. Next time I’ll spend my money on the Amazon and not waste my time on Best Buy. Update: Two extra trips to store and a few calls later and problem still not resolved, at this point I see no advantages in stores, doesn’t provide all the products that advertise online, 7 or more day shipping, outdated system that doesn’t allow you to update order placed within 10min, 3-7 days refund for store gift cards. Have to jump through hoops to get your issues not resolved. No value for costumers time. FYI: I just want to clarify that the people that helped me were amazing and polite, unfortunately BestBuy system doesn’t allow them to do anything to help.
