  This new Verizon store is great - everyone is friendly and helpful. Super impressed with Mike and his ability and desire to help me with my phones and plan. I’m excited to go back (and who ever says that about a wireless store??) 😎

  Visited the new Verizon on Beacon to upgrade my old phone, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the manager Michael greeted me warmly and was incredibly patient as I navigated all the options. He listened carefully to my needs, explained the different plans and features clearly without any pushy sales tactics, and helped me choose. The setup process was a breeze and ensured everything was working perfectly before I left the store. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, and the level of customer care was truly exceptional. It's rare to receive such attentive and personalized service these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new cell phone or reliable support! Thank you, Michael!

  I am so happy that a Verizon store opened up just 10 minutes from where I live! I would say that my experience at the store this past weekend was nothing short of great. I am genuinely impressed at the level of service that I got for this being a relatively new store in the area. The employees are attentive, respectful, and do not push me to buy things I don’t need! I think that is super important, especially in this rapidly evolving economy. I will definitely be back here and refer all my friends and family to this location!
