  I came into Verizon desperately seeking a new phone because I was going to be traveling back to Texas and I really needed my phone to work properly. Gabe went over the details of the different phone and the costs that really set my mind at ease and then mentioned a package deal that got me a cover a charger and screen protector. Excellent service, thank you so much Gabe!!

  The woman that had helped me, I unfortunately did not catch her name, she was quick & polite & very intentional on making me happy! She was quick efficient & made me feel safe & wasn’t rushed! Will definitely be back in hopes she’s there for further assistance! She helped me walk out with a silver iPhone 17 pro & saved my day!!

  Zeyad was excellent! We were in and out in a jiffy, and he was so chill. Super friendly, efficient, and made the time go by fast! It can be tricky getting a new phone, and he made it so easy for us!
