  I moved my service over from Xfinity because I wanted to keep my phone number a month ago and I’m glad I did. They work with you. The plans are great, and the customer service has been better than I expected. I’ve met the friendly team there: Tim, Ash and Melinda and make a point to stop in and say hi whenever I’m passing through the mall, which is almost everyday.

  Great experience today, received above and beyond help from Tim the store manager there. I'll recommend Cricket to family and friends if asked. Got a Samsung phone I'm very content with.
