    I have been coming to this location for over a decade if not more. Steve has been taking care of me since then (676767). If you need anything. Definitely see steve. He is honest, diligent, and speedy as can be. I only deal with Steve when upgrading my lines. 6767

    I had an incredible experience at Verizon and it couldn’t have been possible without Steve! I was hesitant to go in at first, but he was so friendly when he greeted me and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. After I got approved for a new phone and plan, which I didn’t think would even be possible, Steve explained each step of the process very thoroughly and transferred everything from my old phone to my new iPhone 17 Pro!!!! He also ensured I had the contact information for anything I might need related to my phone and plan in the future. I couldn’t be more happy and grateful for the service Steve provided and absolutely love my new phone I’ve desperately wanted for so long that he helped make possible!!!

    I have been trying to process an upgrade for quite some time now. Verizon customer service has been great over the phone, but I need to get to a sales associate in person. Steve —a supposed ‘higher-up’ at this store who surely dresses the part— has now turned me away for THE THIRD TIME with regard to THREE SEPARATE ISSUES!! Steve even neglected to tell me how to properly further address my issue, but instead reverted to lecturing me on what I had done wrong and that he is incapable of helping me. Well Steve, if you can’t help me as the man sitting at the entrance, I’m not sure how your store conducts any business whatsoever. I have been in retail for almost a decade, and I’m not sure what Verizon’s in store customer missions read but I can guarantee this is textbook sub-par at best. Steve, and this Verizon store is potentially causing me a $1200 problem, and I’m left every time with “We can’t help you” rather than probable backup solutions/suggestions or even a simple “Have a nice day.” I’m extremely disappointed and I hope that this representative is spoken to about his behavior. Some of the most unacceptable, disappointing and not-so-reassuring customer service I have ever had.
