    I had an excellent experience thanks to Ryan at the Braintree Mall Verizon store. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the best options for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Customer service like this is rare these days but Ryan truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him!

    Steve went above and beyond to resolve a complicated fraud issue and restore access to my friend's phone at 8:59pm, an hour after his shift clock out. The store manager and gentleman with long braids were also helpful and courteous. Please ask for Steve if you're purchasing a phone. He deserves every penny of his commissions!

    Came in today at 7pm feeling incredibly defeated from the Apple store and the whole day overall. My phone was unusable and the phone of my deceased father was too. I didn't think I'd be able to get a new phone and turn in the other one especially so close to the store closing, but the team truly answered all of my prayers. To the employee who was wearing the Verizon black hoodie ( I didn't get your name unfortunately ) I am eternally grateful for the support and assistance you showed me. You handled my issue with such grace and you were incredibly helpful and patient. Thank you for resolving what would've been a big headache for me.     If I could give this horrible place negative stars, I would. I went to trade my phone in last year because it had a crack and I got the iPhone 14 in place of that phone. I was told I’d get a new number which I agreed to and chose and still have that number currently. However my phone bill used to be $75 per month. After I purchased this new iPhone 14 my bill went up to $190 a month. Understandably confused, I called Verizon to ask what was going on and why my phone bill was triple the price. They very much confused me, had horrible communication and told me it was probably because I was paying for the phone I broke a phone line until I paid it off. I shrugged it off and figured whatever I owed from the broken phone would be paid off soon. Fast forward to today my phone bill was due almost $200 and I realized it was still that high many months later so I decided to call to ask why. The customer representative put me on hold 3 times, the supervisor then told me the bill was high because I was paying for my phone line, as well as a phone ending in 9461. I said huh, I have never ever owned a phone with the numbers ending in 9461. He said well you signed the agreement last year for both phone lines and I said no I did not sign for a second phone line there’s no way so I must have gotten scammed. He connected me with the fraud department and they investigated and had told me the man at this Verizon at south shore plaza committed theft. When I went to trade my broken phone in, he added an extra phone line without telling me so that he would make commission off of me. So I was paying $200 a month basically when I was only supposed to be paying $75 because one of their workers wanted to steal my money and be a horrible human being. Little does he know I had been unable to work the past year due to my 3 year old son having stage 4 cancer so he definitely made my life harder adding onto all of the bills I had to figure out how to pay. What a selfish human being. He was an African American man with dreads, I forget his name but I’ll be taking legal action. Hopefully he was already let go from the company however I’ll be making a call tomorrow regarding this and I hope it dosent happen to anyone else.
