Worst experience ever. Recently went to this Braintree location to purchase a tv and wall stand. I have been a long time Best Buy customer and Best Buy credit card holder for over 15 years. While at check out the young salesman that was pretty helpful with my purchase asked me if I wanted to buy insurance protection for my tv. I told him I was all set I also declined the membership they offer. While finishing my purchase. Suddenly a manger approached him and whispered something to him. I didn’t really pay attention. When I got home I started getting notifications from Equifax letting me know they was a recent hard inquiry on my credit. After checking I found out that the salesman had tried to open up a second Best Buy card without my permission. When I went back to the store the following weekend. I asked for the manager so I could find out what had happened. And guess what it was the same man that had finished my transaction with the salesman that day. Once I asked him what was going on he got defensive and asked me to contact their customer service. I have filed a police report and will be contacting the business bureau to report them of possible fraud. My last time shopping at this store. Very shady people working at this store.

Lead IT Sales was wonderful, informative and interested in getting me the right product.
Went in to Best Buy Braintree, Massachusetts roughly around 2:15 PM. I was looking at computers and seeing if anyone would help me, I saw a Caucasian woman with dark red hair What a Microsoft co-pilot shirt on that was busy on her phone and at the cashier a guy with dreads was also busy on his phone. I guess the staff at Best Buy in Braintree rather be on their phone than helping people who want to get a computer

Completely frustrated and disappointed. January 17th Went into the store, ordered a MacBook, they had it delivered to me 2 days later. The box arrived empty. Spoke with Best Buy customer care minutes after I opened the package, offered to mail me a replacement, or a refund. Opted for a refund, and went to Apple to buy the computer in person. Days later I get a notification my order is ready for pickup, called again and said I was to get a refund, they apologized and canceled the order and were issuing me a refund. January 25th i received an email asking for pictures of the box, luckily I did not throw it out considering it was 8 days after I was told I was getting a refund, sent the pictures. And today I receive an email saying they will not give me a refund and that I should contact local authorities… so 10 days after Best Buy sent me my MacBook through fed ex, they are now telling me I should get police involved??? So unacceptable…. I will never spend another dollar at Best Buy…

Worst Experience Ever – Broken Desktop and No Resolution
I bought a desktop computer from Best Buy in Braintree, MA on Black Friday as a gift for my son. After just one week, the screen stopped showing anything and turned completely black. At first, I thought it might just need a restart, but the problem continued for three weeks.
I then went back to customer service. They checked the computer and told me they couldn’t determine whether the issue was with the graphics card or the motherboard. They said they needed to send it back to the manufacturer and that it would take about three weeks.
I have now been waiting more than four weeks with no clear answer or update. Yesterday, I scheduled an appointment and requested a refund, but they refused and told me I had to keep waiting. When I asked how much longer it would take, they couldn’t give me any timeline or explanation.
At this point, I’m still waiting and don’t even know for what. This has been the worst experience ever. The computer was a gift for my son, and every day I see him disappointed and sad. I honestly blame myself for buying this from Best Buy — it truly feels like the worst buy I’ve ever made.
