However, when I went to checkout, I was informed that the price was no longer available, so I ended up paying the full price. Today, I noticed that the item was still priced lower on the shelf, so I asked a manager for assistance. Mr. Trevis was incredibly helpful and attentive. He assured me that he could help with price matching. I was a bit hesitant to ask for price matching because I don’t like to get anyone in trouble, and I never do it. However, Mr. Trevis quickly resolved the issue and reassured me that I should always check the shelf price at checkout in case something has not been updated correctly. I want to give a big shoutout to Mr. Trevis for his outstanding customer service skills!

Lady almost cut in front of all of us because it was unclear that the pick up line is now just the checkout line too. Enshityfication strikes again.
