    What an experience. The guy at the pick up desk was miserable. I went in to grab a replacement rubber end for my Beats earphones and was sent to him. After being sent to him, he put me on the list “We don’t sell that. You have to get it after seeing a technician”. Then I was told to wait with three tables full of tortured souls waiting for their “genius”. It was like the waiting room from Hunger Games. After about a half hour, they changed the desk coverage and I asked the wait time. The woman there asked my name and said it might be a while because there were three people ahead of me. Just then, the desk gremlin reappeared and informed her that there were six ahead of me. I told them that I could get the part on Temu for a buck and DG repeated “We don’t sell that. You need to see a technician.” The woman suggested that if I didn’t like what I got from Temu, I could come back and I responded by saying “Oh… I’ll NEVER be back.” DG smirked and the woman looked horrified. She literally had him talk to the hand and took me to a station, where she pulled out a baggy with a similar part, put it on, and told me to try it in my ear. It wasn’t exact… but it worked. At least my ear canal would be safe from deep scars. Shout out to Helen, who turned what could have been a very negative review into a small win. Helen deserves Desk Gremlin’s job and DG should really find a new gig. Can’t stress to management how much Helen made a difference. If you walk in to this hell hole, ask for her by name. She was an actual Genius at customer retention and corporate social responsibility. She deserves our loyalty… and a glass of wine for working with DG.

    Very disappointed with my experience at the Apple store. The staff ( dylan) was rude, passive aggressive, and kept giving eye rolls instead of clear answers. It felt like we were treated differently just because we were speaking Portuguese. Not acceptable.
